The sensor used for this code is Microsoft sensor bit. The sensor has 3 inputs (temp, light, sound).
A good extension is Envrionment Bit Kit as it looks like it maps several common inputs/outputs with the block coding. Just select the blocks and adjust the pin numbers to fit your setup.
